📋 Description

• Analyze and document business processes related to operational risk, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements for Risk IT initiatives. • Develop clear and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications to support system enhancements and risk reporting. • Apply relational data concepts to support source-to-target data mapping and document data flows for enterprise data lake ingestion and reporting solutions. • Partner with Agile teams to support the delivery of risk-related solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and project timelines. • Conduct gap analysis and exploratory data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. An advanced degree is considered an asset. • Certifications in Agile methodologies, business analysis, or risk management are considered an asset. • 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a related role. • Demonstrated ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and data mappings. • Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, with experience using Jira and working within Scrum teams. • Strong SQL proficiency and data analysis skills. • Working knowledge of enterprise data lake architectures and cloud-based data platforms. • Experience with RSA Archer or a similar GRC platform is considered an asset. • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to operational risk, such as Basel and OSFI guidelines, is considered an asset. • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI or Tableau, is considered an asset. • Familiarity with Azure data platforms and services, including Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks, is considered an asset. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
