📋 Description

• Set architecture and standards for the hybrid cloud and messaging stack, ensuring configurations remain current and reversible. AWS, Azure, O365 • Stabilize user sign-in and mail flow by phasing out legacy patterns that create risk or delay. O365 • Plan and execute platform migrations and upgrades with thoroughly tested rollback procedures and clear stakeholder communication. • Implement retention and eDiscovery controls that meet policy requirements without slowing down work. • Lead significant incident response efforts: communicate status to leadership throughout and drive issues to closure with corrective actions. • Improve system observability, alert quality, and automation; develop concise, accurate runbooks to streamline operations and incident response. • Coordinate technical escalations with management, following through to root cause analysis and permanent fixes. • Mentor and guide engineers, setting clear expectations for change control, documentation standards, and cost awareness in solution design.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or a related field, focusing on identity and messaging platforms. • Proven track record managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and integrating on-premises systems. • 2 + Years of IAM and Identity management administration • 2 + years administering Microsoft 365 • 2+ years of Direct Consulting company experience managing multiple customers across multiple projects simultaneously. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar) are a strong plus.
