📋 Description

• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for internal IT products and services • Conduct market research, user analysis, and prioritize features based on user needs • Own the full product lifecycle for internal IT offerings, from ideation to continuous improvement • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams • Develop, manage, and communicate product requirements effectively • Track key product performance metrics and analyze data for improvement • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders • Advocate for the user community in the product development process

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Engineering or related field • Ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or related role • Seven (7) years of experience with: contributing to product strategy, defining product vision, and developing/prioritizing product roadmaps for IT solutions; • Conducting user research, performing market analysis, and translating findings into clear, concise, and measurable product requirements and user stories; • Working effectively with engineering, design, and other business stakeholders to deliver IT products and align on priorities. • Five (5) years of experience with: working within Agile or Scrum development environments, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management; • Defining, tracking, and analyzing key product performance metrics; • IT infrastructure, software development principles, or enterprise IT services relevant to the products being managed; • Common product management software.
