• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders. • Configure Oracle applications to meet business needs. • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle solutions with existing systems. • Develop functional specifications for system enhancements. • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate solutions. • Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures. • Review High-Level Requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, Content teams, and other stakeholders to understand the scope of proposed projects. • Create detailed Jira stories with Acceptance Criteria, including bugs. • Create business requirements, rules, and functional specification documents for various projects that will incorporate screen designs, use cases, and API updates. • Lead grooming sessions. • Participate in Agile ceremonies. • Support and unblock development teams by answering requirement questions and setting up test data. • Understand authoring needs to create author instructions for demos. • Lead other agile ceremonies (ex: standups) • Work closely with QA/SDET’s for testing and requirement clarification.
• Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a software development business analyst role or Techno Functional Analyst as well as experience delivering business systems solutions in an enterprise IT environment. • Jira Experience • Creating Confluence Pages for Documentation • Ability to gather requirements and turn into detailed Jira ticket requirements. • Ability to document business requirements, acceptance criteria and use cases. • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies • Proficiency in Oracle applications, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud. • Experience with MD-050 • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and SQL knowledge. • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes. • Presentation skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent communication to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Support development teams • Collaborate with Product Management, UX and content teams. • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities. • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and verbal/written skills • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
