• Develop a consistent voice and tone for Reedsy’s brand across multiple channels; • Write copy for our landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns and social media ads; • Come up with new creative ideas to convert our traffic; • Report on modal A/B tests, email campaign stats (open/click rates and goal conversions), and social media ads performance; • Help us segment our audiences to tailor our messaging; and • Work closely with a team of content creators (writers, illustrators, animators, and YouTubers) on ad and modal copy, graphic assets, storyboards and video scripts.
• Both very analytical and highly creative, at ease developing new ideas and tracking their impact through analytics and data crunching; • Experience creating conversion copy for large-scale campaigns (email and ads) at a fast-growth startup; • A varied portfolio of copy, with examples across print and digital, from short form to long form and everything in between; • Proven experience shaping brand guidelines and tone of voice; • Familiarity with the publishing industry and writing craft concepts; • Experience with email marketing, conversion optimization and A/B testing; • Track-record creating significant growth for an early stage company or a scale-up; • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools; • Native-level English speaker.
