• You are responsible for all electrical wholesalers in the DACH region — including revenue, share of wallet and growth of charging points using reev software. • You systematically build account plans with clear objectives, actions and milestones and execute them. • You conduct regular business reviews with central offices and actively manage the regional branches. • You develop programs to establish reev as the standard solution in wholesale, e.g., preconfigured bundles, promotions or trainings. • You work closely with our hardware partners to develop wholesale-specific solutions. • You monitor the market, analyze competitors and derive concrete recommendations for our go-to-market strategy and our product. • You collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Electrician Activation and Marketing to maximize wholesale lead conversion and successfully roll out national programs regionally.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You want to win market share, systematically identify growth levers and act with ownership. • Proven sales success: You have built and scaled complex B2B accounts in trade or industry. • Industry knowledge: Experience in electrical wholesale, eMobility, energy or adjacent infrastructure. You know the language and dynamics of the industry. • Confident presence: You convince decision-makers in wholesale through credibility, clarity and reliability. • Strategic strength: You can derive concrete growth plans from market and competitor data and execute them consistently.
