• Degree or equivalent education in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or biology preferred. • Experience in first-line management (field team oversight). • Engagement/experience with alliances. • Talent management and leadership abilities. • Proven track record in account management and sales performance in the pharmaceutical industry. • Understanding of financial tools and processes required for brand plan execution. • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop them into business solutions. • Strong network, influence, and personal credibility. • Ability to plan effectively and prioritize tasks. • High-level communication and presentation skills. • Excellent commercial insight. • Proficiency in IT and digital tools, with the ability to handle data, multiple systems, and CRM. • Certification in relevant pharmaceutical industry codes of conduct. • Willingness to travel frequently as required by this role. • Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills.
