📋 Description

• Adopt a 'Customer-Back' methodology for commercial decisions • Analyze farming cycles and partner timeliness to predict needs • Systematically identify and eliminate high-friction touchpoints • Develop and manage customer service protocols, SLAs, and ticketing systems • Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction scores to identify trends • Oversee post-contract relationships and conduct strategic check-ins • Educate Brands & Retailers on new program features and updates • Manage, mentor, and train the Customer Success team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Experience Design • Proven experience leading teams • Building support frameworks from the ground up • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce is preferred) • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear actions.
