📋 Description

• Define and execute the roadmap for Regenified’s internal and external data and AI enabled products, ensuring clear prioritization and strategic alignment. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories, and lead the full lifecycle from discovery through development, testing, rollout, and iteration. • Partner with business, engineering, and data teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality, reliable releases. • Ensure strong data foundations by strengthening data quality, pipelines, governance, and integrations across core systems (Snowflake, Tableau, Salesforce). • Develop features across reporting, dashboards, APIs, integrations, and AI/GenAI capabilities that enhance automation and insight generation. • Build a deep understanding of user needs across internal teams and customers, incorporating feedback to improve usability and value. • Measure adoption and product impact, define KPIs, analyze usage patterns, and use insights to guide enhancements and long-term strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with data products, analytics platforms, AI/ML capabilities, or enterprise integrations. • Technical fluency with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau) and the ability to engage deeply with engineering and data teams. • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps. • Experience delivering end-to-end data products, including dashboards, reporting, APIs/integrations, and AI/GenAI features. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and make informed product decisions. • Cross-functional leadership and communication strengths, able to align teams and clearly articulate decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A builder’s mindset with high ownership, comfortable creating structure and driving clarity in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
