📋 Description

• Lead client implementation, process improvement, and technology optimization projects from discovery through transition • Partner with clients to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions • Evaluate accounting and business processes and recommend improvements supporting scalability, consistency, and stronger outcomes • Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and implementation activities • Facilitate client meetings, workshops, training sessions, and project status updates • Provide proactive recommendations and guidance throughout the client journey • Support technology implementations, workflow redesigns, system enhancements, and operational improvement initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless client experience • Create and maintain project documentation, process maps, training materials, and implementation best practices • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional advisory, technology, and operational solutions • Mentor team members and contribute to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement • Stay informed on emerging technologies, business trends, and process improvement strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, business operations, project management, process improvement, technology implementation, or a related field • Strong understanding of accounting operations and business processes • Experience managing multiple client engagements, projects, or initiatives simultaneously • Track record of solving problems, improving processes, and driving successful outcomes • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment • Ability to organize and lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Experience documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements • Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to effectively manage change and guide clients through new processes and solutions • Strong technology aptitude and interest in learning new systems and applications • Experience with business software, accounting technology, workflows, integrations, or operational platforms • Ability to assess technology solutions and align them with business objectives • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and team members • Collaborative mindset and commitment to outstanding client experiences • Passion for mentoring, coaching, and helping others succeed • Curious, improvement-minded, and naturally proactive • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Adaptable and comfortable navigating change • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build and improve • Professionalism, integrity, and accountability • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development • Bonus: experience supporting business transformation, operational improvement, or technology implementation initiatives • Bonus: exposure to accounting technology, workflow automation, or integrated business applications • Bonus: experience in client-facing consulting, advisory, or implementation roles • Bonus: familiarity with eCommerce, operational accounting, outsourced accounting, or business process improvement environments • Bonus: experience developing scalable workflows, training programs, or operational best practices
