📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle management of hydropower projects from planning through commissioning. • Develop and control project budgets, allocate resources, and track capital investments. • Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with financial and strategic objectives. • Apply project controls and reporting mechanisms to manage cost, schedule, and scope. • Oversee procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation. • Ensure contract compliance and manage vendor relationships to support timely delivery. • Engage internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, communities, and contractors. • Act as a liaison across departments to ensure collaboration and alignment of project goals. • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource forecasts. • Maintain accurate records, digital files, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Represent the project in executive briefings, regulatory meetings, and community forums.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or related field (master’s preferred). • 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in hydropower or renewable energy. • PMP or equivalent certification preferred. • Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, safety protocols, and stakeholder management. • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license for required travel. • Up to 75% travel, mostly driving. • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
