• - **Corporate & Entity Governance** • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, filings, and compliance calendars (annual reports, franchise tax, etc.) • - Consolidate global filings and documentation • ** • - **Contracts & Commercial Support** • - Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, vendor, and partner contracts. • - Ensure consistent application of contractual terms across jurisdictions and alignment with company policies. • - Track agreement status, manage renewals and organize executed documents. • ** • - **Employment & EOR Compliance** • - Review and support employment agreements, terminations, and compliance with local labor laws. • - Liaise with immigration and mobility teams to ensure compliant visa and relocation processes. • - Assess legal exposure and risk mitigation strategies for EOR and client engagements. • ** • - **Legal Operations & Compliance** • - Conduct legal research on foreign jurisdictions (employment, corporate, tax, or data protection laws). • - Monitor compliance risks and proactively identify potential gaps in internal processes. • - Support ongoing global expansion projects. • - Prepare internal reports, summaries, and recommendations for senior management.
• - **3–5 years** of legal experience, ideally in a multinational, legal service provider, or in-house corporate environment. • - Solid understanding of **corporate governance, contracts, and employment frameworks**. • - Experience working with **cross-border entities** and **EOR / PEO models** preferred. • - Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. • - Excellent written and verbal English communication, additional languages are an advantage. • - Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and manage stakeholders across time zones
