• RemoFirst empowers employers to be free from geographical boundaries when accessing talent, allowing employees to pursue opportunities wherever they may exist. • We are on a mission to be the FIRST to truly revolutionise the industry and be a generational company. • Our platform offers a full-range people management tool. • RemoFirst manages employees and contractors for Fortune 500 companies and the best startups worldwide. • We are looking for talented Project Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services. • You will be responsible for benchmarking benefits across countries, standardizing internal and external knowledge, building SOPs, and reporting on revenue and margins related to private health insurance.

🎯 Requirements

• Good understanding of private health insurance frameworks (global or regional). • 3-5 years in project or program management roles, ideally within SaaS, HRTech, or insurance/EOR field. • Proven experience in vendor sourcing and management. • Experience in client-facing roles, handling escalations and delivering solutions. • Ability to work across multiple teams with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and problem-solving mindset. • Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills. • Good knowledge of Gsheet/Excel. • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Airtable, or other project management tools.
