• Good understanding of private health insurance frameworks (global or regional). • 3-5 years in project or program management roles, ideally within SaaS, HRTech, or insurance/EOR field. • Proven experience in vendor sourcing and management. • Experience in client-facing roles, handling escalations and delivering solutions. • Ability to work across multiple teams with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and problem-solving mindset. • Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills. • Good knowledge of Gsheet/Excel. • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Airtable, or other project management tools.
