• Collaborate with product managers to ensure design decisions align with business objectives. • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that deliver seamless user experiences. • Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product. • Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various devices and platforms. • Design intuitive, user-friendly UI components that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability. • Continuously analyze and optimize the end-to-end user journey for a smooth and cohesive experience. • Clearly communicate and present design concepts to stakeholders, influencing product strategy and direction.
🎯 Requirements
• Academic background in Visual/Human Interaction Design or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX or visual designer • Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS/Fintech products — SaaS or Fintech experience is a must • Deep attention to detail and a strong eye for pixel-perfect design, colour, layout, and typography • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop • Experience building or maintaining design systems • Located within ±3 hours of the Gulf Standard Time (GST) timezone
