• Collaborate with recruiters to implement targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns using Outlook and LinkedIn tools. • Strategically re-engage warm leads and past candidates from the database – no cold sourcing or mass emailing. • Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure accuracy and relevancy. • Support generalist recruitment processes for a range of roles, including accountants, legal professionals, retail managers, and admin staff. • Conduct occasional screening calls where necessary. • Monitor ongoing revenue pipelines and ensure all marketing and admin activity supports business targets. • Assist in managing communication challenges with offshore stakeholders. • Provide intelligent, reliable administrative support – acting as the operational backbone of the team.
