📋 Description

• Design high-impact static ads for Meta based on creative briefs. • Create multiple ad variations testing layouts, typography, and framing. • Execute light photo editing and adapt designs for different placements. • Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs. • Collaborate with the creative team via Asana. • Support site assets or product launch visuals as needed. • Stay curious about new design tools, including AI-assisted workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design (e-commerce, or paid media preferred). • Proven portfolio of high-performing ad creatives. • Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, color, and composition. • Proficiency in Figma (Preferred). Open to similar tools. • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Bonus: experience with AI design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT for ideation).
