📋 Description

• Manage and update the internal CRM with new contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups. • Extract construction project data from Construction Connect and input it into the CRM. • Oversee nurture sequences and track each lead’s status and next action. • Maintain accurate, detailed data to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. • Collaborate with leadership to monitor lead quality and performance metrics. • Support internal sales operations and documentation as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, inside sales, or a similar role, ideally managing the full sales funnel. • Strong CRM proficiency (any platform) with proven attention to detail and data accuracy. • Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable; able to work independently.
