📋 Description

• Analyze sales trends, product performance, and inventory health to support seasonal and annual merchandise planning. • Partner with Merchandising to develop SKU-level forecasts and assortment strategies aligned with financial goals and brand vision. • Own reporting on sales, margin, inventory position, and performance at category/class/style level to drive actionable insights. • Maintain item master data and ensure accuracy across systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Monitor in-season business to identify risks and opportunities, recommending actions to maximize profitability and minimize markdowns. • Assist with post-season recaps and strategic planning for future buys. • Build and maintain line plan architecture, optimizing SKU productivity and channel efficiency. • Support Open-to-Buy (OTB) management and size break distributions to ensure alignment with demand. • Create and upload SKUs into Shopify. • Review invoices and coordinate on-time payments. • Collaborate with production to resolve EXF delays and track inventory. • Perform monthly inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics with 3PL partners. • Approve freight costs and identify ways to minimize expenses while ensuring timely delivery. • Assist with launch coordination and cross-functional operational tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, or operations—preferably in apparel or consumer goods. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with WMS, ERP systems, and Shopify is a plus. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Passion for apparel, product storytelling, and operational excellence.
