• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and assist in growing our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, graphic design, and e-commerce, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a remote position with flexible working hours. • Key Responsibilities: • Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and email templates. • E-commerce Site Management: Build and maintain websites using Wix or Shopify for e-commerce. • Calendar Management: Assist with organizing and managing the team's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating deadlines. • Video Editing: Perform basic video editing for social media and marketing purposes. • Mass Mailing: Use Constant Contact to create and manage email campaigns and newsletters. • Social Media Management: Assist with managing the social media calendar and executing Facebook marketing campaigns. • AI Knowledge: Apply basic knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Canva for graphic design. • Ability to build and manage websites using Wix or Shopify. • Basic experience in video editing for marketing purposes. • Familiarity with Constant Contact for email campaigns and mass mailing. • Knowledge of social media calendar management and Facebook marketing. • Basic understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
