📋 Description

• Own outcomes, not just outputs - think customer value, not feature lists • Be hands-on with everything from backlog refinement to customer communications • Shape product strategy and communicate it to customers, partners and the team • Write user stories and work closely with engineering to ship features • Present roadmaps and product updates to customers and partners • Work directly with enterprise IT admins to understand their governance challenges • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to drive adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, governance, security) • Consulting, product management or solution architecture background • Direct customer-facing work where you've had to understand and solve complex technical challenges • High level (technical) understanding of M365 administration and governance (must-have) • Track record of delivering solutions, not just planning them • Customer empathy backed by actual customer conversations • Genuine curiosity and ability to learn by doing
