📋 Description

• Own the process. Drive execution. Deliver results. • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of high-profile private-sector and investment initiatives across Africa. • Ensure projects stay on track, bottlenecks are removed, and teams are aligned. • Implement best-in-class project management methodologies to streamline execution. • Build and manage trackers, dashboards, and performance tools to enhance visibility and accountability. • Act as the central coordination point between internal teams, investors, funders, and external partners. • Facilitate meetings, resolve misalignment, and ensure seamless collaboration. • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to overcome execution challenges. • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. • Provide concise, data-driven updates to leadership and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience , including work with a top-tier consulting firm or in high-performance project management roles • Strong project management expertise , with a track record of executing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives • Exceptional organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to identify and solve bottlenecks, keeping teams and projects aligned • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills , capable of producing high-impact reports, presentations and financial models • A high degree of adaptability, emotional intelligence and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with experience engaging senior executives and funders • Experience with project tracking tools, OKRs/KPIs and performance management systems • Familiarity with the private-sector, startups or donor-funded programs • Open to both expatriate candidates and African nationals with strong professional networks and international experience.
