📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights • Partner with engineering and design teams to rapidly develop best-in-class products • Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact • Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose customer pain points • Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup • Demonstrated experience in analytics, economics principles, and competitive analysis in past roles, leading to measurable business impact • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions • Analytical and data-driven approach identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment • Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience • Passion for innovation, innate curiosity, and building products that solve real customer problems
