• Managing all aspects of the US property tax compliance and business license filings • Oversight of outsourced tax compliance providers in addition to the internal tax team • Securing fixed asset data, reviewing applications, reconciling accounts • Coordinating with internal stakeholders • Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant tax filings and payments • Identifying and implementing process improvements • Managing automation efforts • Assisting with indirect tax audits • Leading a team of tax professionals
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Indirect Tax (Sales and Use, Property, and Business Licenses) • 2+ years of people management (outsourced service providers and internal teams) • Process improvement experience, including automation tools and workflow optimization • Bachelors Degree required in Business, Finance, or related field • Masters Degree in Taxation, Finance, or related field
