• Bachelor degree in business or a related field and 8 years of workforce management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Masters degree preferred • 5 years of management experience required • Expert knowledge of workforce scheduling software and applications • Microsoft Office/Google applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.) • 3-5 years experience managing staff, resources, projects, and change management • Experience with facilitating process assessment sessions with internal and external business partners at all levels • Ability to influence leaders • Demonstrated awareness and understanding of multiple types of measurement systems’ theories and practices • Ability to collect, analyze, and report appropriate and meaningful achievement metrics • Proven competence in managing multiple tasks and competing priorities • Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills • Ability to prepare and present utilizing data visualization tools • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively • Demonstrated team building and networking skills • Effective knowledge of teaching and training techniques.
