📋 Description

• Join our team as an experienced Workday Time, Absence and Payroll analyst. • Optimize and support complex configuration, reporting and continuous improvement. • Serve as a functional configuration expert responsible for designing, building, testing, and optimizing Workday solutions across assigned modules. • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, and HR Operations. • Translate business needs into scalable configuration. • Partner with Business Analysts on requirements/process design and with Workday Engineers on integrations, security architecture, and advanced technical components. • Lead configuration changes, support releases, triage escalations, maintain data integrity, and contribute to Workday governance and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years hands-on Workday HRIS experience. • Deep understanding of Workday capabilities and configuration. • Ability to diagnose system issues and present scalable solutions. • Delivers high-quality work within timelines. • Works well across HR, IT, engineers, and business partners.
