📋 Description
• Lead a complete transformation of the user experience and platform design. • Own UX strategy, design execution, and the development and maintenance of a scalable design system. • Drive a user-first design culture, ensuring products are simple, intuitive, visually compelling, and highly effective for customers. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to implement best-in-class UX principles and elevate the overall user experience. • Champion human-centered design principles and mentor teams on UX best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 5+ years in leadership roles. • Deep expertise in UX research, usability testing, and human-centered design methodologies. • Hands-on experience designing and shipping agentic AI products. • Strong experience in building and implementing scalable design systems. • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Lovable and other modern and AI-based design tools. • Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product managers, engineers, and data teams.
