• Develop and deliver content strategies for corporate campaigns and brand moments, and always-on content • Partner with the social media team to identify and activate brandable moments, real-time engagement opportunities, and trends that fit our tone and priorities • Own the corporate blog calendar, including planning, briefing, SEO alignment, approvals, and publishing cadence • Translate strategic narratives into clear creative briefs; coordinate with Creative to produce high-quality, platform-appropriate assets • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align brand content with external and internal messaging, executive positioning, and reputation goals • Work with Digital Marketing to ensure content is distributed, tagged, tracked, and optimized across paid and owned channels • Coordinate with Strategic Partnerships to activate co-branded content and high-visibility collaborations • Monitor performance metrics and social insights; provide monthly reporting with recommendations to improve engagement and impact • Stay current on emerging content formats, social trends, and competitive brand behavior to inform Resmed’s voice in the market
• 5+ years experience in brand content, social media strategy, or editorial planning within a digital-first environment • Deep understanding of how brands show up in social channels, including platform nuances, audience dynamics, and real-time trends • Experience spotting and capitalizing on organic brand moments and digital conversation opportunities • Strong writing/editing skills and project management discipline; adept at managing calendars and complex approvals • Proven success collaborating with Creative, Digital, Comms, and external agencies in matrixed environments • Fluency with social analytics, publishing platforms, and content management systems; SEO familiarity • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, medtech, life sciences) preferred • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
