📋 Description

• Collaborates with business leaders and P&L owners to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking • Key responsibilities include participating in the execution of short-range forecasting, budgeting, and reporting • Conducts variance analysis, revenue & cost management, and scenario analysis • Prepares management reports and contributes to end of month accounting activities • Identifies and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and generate insights • Creates process documentation, preparing and delivering user training to the Commercial and Finance teams • Contributes to or manages projects, including system enhancements, automation initiatives, and business case development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated business partnering with non-Finance partners • Advanced skills in Excel are essential • Proficient in ERP systems and BI tools • Experience in Atoti, Anaplan, Tableau, PowerBI preferred • Sharp attention to detail • Demonstrated experience with large volumes of datasets and multiple ERP systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional problem-solving skills using a logical approach • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
