• Manage Service Providers and retro-commissioning projects. • Coordinate day-to-day aspects of projects including quality control of deliverables, client communications, maintain project schedules, and utilize technical staff. • Promptly and accurately address customer concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships. • Work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings, informed by an understanding of the stakeholders and the decision-making process. • Manage on-time delivery of technical reports. • Commute to off-site locations to facilitate meetings with stakeholders. • Analyze utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility. • Review technical reports, cost estimates and energy saving calculations. • Provide onboarding and training to QSPs on the use of project management software and moving a retro-commissioning project through the prescribed steps. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management or a related field • 3+ years of project coordination experience or similar within the energy efficiency industry • Ability to work in a cross functional team environment with extensive contact with clients and engineers • Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff • Ability to work autonomously and independent with little oversight • Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data and complex program requirements to a multi-layered audience • Proficient in MS office suite • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. • MS degree is desired • Familiarity with the energy efficiency industry, and preferably retro commissioning • Experience in financial analysis of various energy projects • Industrial Assessment Center experience • Working knowledge and field knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
