📋 Description

•Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. We’re constantly evolving and improving to make sure we are and always will be “Best in Class” ... and we want that for you too! •The Corporate Counsel will report to the Head of Legal and will be the second member of the company’s legal team. We are looking for an outstanding entry-level corporate attorney to handle routine and emerging issues which arise in our company and require legal advice and counsel, as well as to contribute to the administration of our small corporate law department.

🎯 Requirements

•The ideal candidate will have about 1 – 3 years of corporate legal experience with a law firm or in-house legal department. •Juris Doctor Degree from ABA Accredited University and Bachelors degree required. •Licensed to practice law in one of U.S. States or District of Columbia. •Experience negotiating, drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts. •Possess outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to work collaboratively. •Be pragmatic and have the right risk tolerance for working at a high-growth business. •Be flexible and tenacious in solving complex legal and business challenges. •Have strong research and organizational skills, including an eye for detail, a creative mind, and the ability to shift seamlessly from task to task. •Be able to work independently on a project basis, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. •Be intellectually curious and motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor and customer relationships, and regulatory risk management. •Have a bias toward action in situations where decisions need to be made with incomplete information.

🏖️ Benefits

•This position has a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
