📋 Description
• Maintain strong client relationships • Lead and mentor the tax team • Prepare personal and corporate tax planning documents • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) • Respond to client tax notices • Create tax projections and analyses
🎯 Requirements
• CPA with 8+ years of experience, majority in public accounting • Comfortable in client-facing relationships • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (preferably Xero) • Experience with major tax prep software • Familiarity with project management tools
