• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction • Leading and mentoring the tax team • Preparing personal and corporate tax planning documents • Preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns • Developing and monitoring KPIs for team performance • Responding to client tax notices and inquiries • Creating tax projections and scenario modeling • Making recommendations about organizational structures for clients
🎯 Requirements
• CPA with 8+ years of experience in public accounting • Comfortable in client-facing relationships • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills • Experience with at least one cloud-based accounting platform (preferably Xero) • Familiarity with major tax prep software packages • Proficient in project management or task management tools
