📋 Description

• Help drive customer-facing projects with a clear plan, steady execution, and confident communication. • Keep work aligned to agreed outcomes by managing schedules, monitoring progress, and escalating roadblocks early. • Own the delivery schedule by keeping resources aligned to commitments and ensuring the plan is followed. • Monitor task progress daily/weekly, remove obstacles, and keep execution moving toward milestones. • Identify roadblocks and escalate early with clear context, impact, and recommended next steps. • Maintain alignment between customer stakeholders and internal teams through consistent communication. • Provide concise, coherent project status updates covering progress, risks, and issues for both internal and customer audiences. • Manage project budgeting and financial tracking, support invoicing and administrative tasks, and keep project plans updated to maintain delivery accuracy and on-time reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field. • 5 years' experience running customer-facing projects end-to-end in the life science industry. • 5 years' experience leading projects that require close coordination among multiple stakeholders and leadership groups. • 5 years' experience running executive call updates and aligning leadership on priorities, risks, and outcomes. • Ability to manage delivery using both Agile and Waterfall approaches. • Proficiency with project tools and reporting (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) plus strong Excel skills for tracking and updates. • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management training.
