📋 Description

• Receive reinsurance applications and create and set up within Reflex and Sylvie systems • Monitor the triage queue in Reflex to ensure that cases requiring manual prioritization are identified • Identify and escalate follow-up requests to the underwriter on high priority/large face amount cases • Monitor underwriter queues in Reflex against the underwriting calendar • Assign mail received to the appropriate pending applications • Effectively and proactively communicate with internal and external clients • Provide underwriter support and assist with handling requests effectively and efficiently • Make requests to/follow up with retro-cessionaires • Assist with projects and reporting as required • Complete any other necessary tasks required from the Director

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma completed • Bilingual French/English (oral and written) is considered an asset • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook • Knowledge of the life-insurance or life-reinsurance industry an asset
