📋 Description
• Conduct market, competitor and sector trend research and analysis relevant to the business; • Understand the company’s markets of operation, identifying key processes, pain points and products that can meet customer needs; • Propose the company’s entry into new markets of operation; • Structure, process and interpret data using data analytics and data mining techniques; • Support the development of KPIs and management reports, providing analytical support to internal teams; • Contribute to strategic planning by supplying information that supports decision making; • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking panels; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of information and strategic direction of actions; • Participate in proposing solutions aimed at improving productivity and optimizing processes; • Monitor business performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar); • Knowledge of data analytics, data mining and productivity methodologies; • Ability to structure and interpret quantitative and qualitative data; • Skill in preparing management reports and presentations; • Basic understanding of strategic planning and performance indicator modeling; • Previous experience in market analysis or business intelligence roles. • It will be a plus if you have: • Experience in environmental consulting or areas related to hydrology and water resources; • Knowledge of automation tools and databases (SQL, Python or similar); • A degree in Engineering, due to familiarity with the segment’s technical terminology.
