📋 Description
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits of patient care plans and documentation • Complete record review according to agency-defined parameters and timeframes • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and guidelines • Provide education and training to nursing staff on quality assurance and improvement processes • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and identify opportunities for improvement • Maintain accurate and complete records of all quality assurance activities • Fully understand current Medicare guidelines and COP's
🎯 Requirements
• Active nursing license in the state of IL • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health nursing • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and improvement processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
