• Update & organize regulatory databases across 20+ countries. • Structure efficient processes for data collection & standardization. • Work with Airtable, S3, Excel/Google Sheets. • Collaborate with the innovation/tech team to integrate data into AI applications. • Use automation tools (N8N, ChatGPT) to accelerate processes. • Produce reports & track progress in ClickUp.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in data management/organization. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. • Basic–intermediate knowledge of regulation/compliance/legal (a plus). • Fluent English (mandatory). • Strong communication skills & eagerness to learn. • CDMP certification (plus). • Nice-to-have: SQL (Postgres/MySQL/SQL Server). • Legal background transitioning into tech/data. • Experience with automations (N8N, APIs, no-code tools). • Startup or international project experience.
