⢠Lead supply planning activities supporting IBP, S&OP, and S&OE processes ⢠Develop supply, inventory, and capacity scenarios for strategic business decisions ⢠Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create customer-focused, executable supply plans ⢠Own short- and long-term capacity planning across North American manufacturing sites ⢠Balance internal and external production resources while managing constraints and bottlenecks ⢠Identify opportunities to improve service levels, reduce lead times, lower costs, and optimize network performance ⢠Oversee MRP processes and planning parameters for critical raw materials and components ⢠Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies ⢠Support sourcing initiatives that strengthen supply continuity and business resilience ⢠Execute inventory strategies balancing customer service, working capital, and operational objectives ⢠Improve planning accuracy, inventory health, and execution performance ⢠Reduce supply disruptions, premium freight expenses, and excess or obsolete inventory ⢠Lead planning transformation and process improvement initiatives ⢠Drive adoption and optimization of advanced planning tools such as o9 and SAP IBP ⢠Use analytics, KPIs, and scenario modeling to improve decision-making and responsiveness ⢠Lead a distributed supply planning team supporting operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico ⢠Serve as primary planning partner to Operations and Production Scheduling teams ⢠Work with plant leadership to strengthen planning discipline and execution ⢠Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement ⢠Promote and support a safety-first culture across business activities ⢠Travel periodically to manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and customer sites ⢠Comply with EHS policies, site requirements, training, and PPE standards
⢠5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, materials planning, manufacturing operations, or a related field ⢠Experience leading planning processes, cross-functional initiatives, projects, or teams within a manufacturing or industrial environment ⢠Strong expertise in supply planning ⢠Strong expertise in capacity planning ⢠Strong expertise in materials planning / MRP ⢠Strong expertise in inventory management ⢠Strong expertise in supply risk management ⢠Strong expertise in IBP, S&OP, and S&OE processes ⢠Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including capacity modeling, inventory analysis, scenario planning, and KPI management ⢠Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a dynamic environment ⢠Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred ⢠Experience with o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, SAP APO, Kinaxis, or similar planning platforms is preferred ⢠APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP), Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are preferred ⢠Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, site requirements, training, and PPE standards ⢠Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally ⢠Able to navigate manufacturing environments during site visits ⢠Available for domestic and occasional international travel as required
