📋 Description

• Support the management, development and expansion of strategic cooperation partners in the DACH region. • Coordinate collaboration with existing and new partner companies. • Handle inquiries and support onboarding as well as contract drafting and marketing activities. • Guide partners throughout the entire process — from first contact to successful collaboration. • Identify potential new partners and organize onboarding together with the team. • Analyze performance metrics and derive optimization opportunities. • Work closely with internal departments such as Product Management, PreSales, Marketing and Sales. • Attend partner events, trade shows and customer meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience with construction-related processes and a good understanding of the specifics of the construction industry is an advantage. • Strong interest in digital working methods and processes and in advancing the industry through innovative technologies. • Excellent communication skills, structured thinking and negotiation capability. • Team player with a clear customer focus. • Analytical mindset. • Confident use of MS 365 and CRM systems such as Salesforce. • Completed degree or comparable vocational training. • First practical experience in sales, account or project management — ideally with process-oriented software solutions (e.g., ERP, SaaS). • Very good German skills and good English skills.
