• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content design, or content management (agency or consulting background preferred). • Strong understanding of user-centered design and how content strategy elevates the overall digital experience. • Hands-on experience with major content management systems—especially SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, or Sitecore (headless/structured content a plus). • Familiarity with SEO best practices, analytics, and data-informed strategy. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; confident leading conversations with clients and cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented and self-directed; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. • A collaborative, curious mindset and desire to continue learning as tools and technologies evolve.
• Contract-based role with potential for repeat or extended engagements based on team needs and fit. • Remote-friendly; must be available to collaborate with teams and clients in U.S. time zones.
