âą Deploy the regional marketing strategy in line with business objectives for France. âą Drive pipeline, demand, and lead generation in the region. âą Generate interest, enable sales, and accelerate/influence existing opportunities to create inbound leads. âą Utilize regional and corporate marketing capabilities and engage closely with the in-region EMEA team to roll out marketing campaigns. âą Strategize and execute field-marketing programs. âą Report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, EMEA South.
âą Bachelorâs degree required; in marketing or communications preferred. âą Proven track record in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in the software IT services industry, focusing on the French market. âą Fluency in English and French with strong written, editing and oral communication skills. âą In depth knowledge of the French market and third-party vendors/agencies to partner with. âą Previous field marketing responsibility for France is essential. âą Ability to track, measure, analyze and communicate metrics essential. âą Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as SFDC, Marketo, Qlik. âą Strong event management background. âą Hands-on approach, able to manage both planning and execution across multiple priorities. âą Highly self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment. âą Tenacious problem solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed. âą Ability to work within a complex matrix organization with executive management, customers, media plus internal/external stakeholders. âą Demonstrative lead generation results that translate into sales revenue.
