📋 Description

• Architect and implement RAG-based AI pipelines that combine LLMs with structured/unstructured enterprise data. • Build agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, decision-making, and task execution across workflows. • Develop conversational and multimodal interfaces (text, chat, voice). • Connect GenAI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and communication channels. • Optimize model performance, scalability, and latency for real-world enterprise use cases. • Implement monitoring, evaluation, and feedback loops for continuous model improvement. • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver robust AI-powered features. • Partner with enterprise stakeholders to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and business objectives. • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, RAG frameworks, agentic AI patterns, and multimodal AI. • Prototype and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies for enterprise adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on applied Generative AI. • 2+ years of professional experience with NLP. • 1+ years of professional experience with Large Language Models (LLM)/GenAI technology like OpenAI API, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, Synthesia, Langchain, HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch and similar. • 1+ years of experience with prompt engineering. • 1+ years of experience with vector database. • 3-5 years of software development experience. • Proven hands-on experience with RAG architectures (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines). • Strong knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Llama, etc.) and fine-tuning/adapter techniques. • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, etc.). • Skilled in building multi-channel conversational AI (chat, text, and voice assistants). • Proficiency in Python, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLFlow. • Experience with speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems for voice interactions. • Familiarity with enterprise data integration, security, and compliance considerations. • Background in deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
