📋 Description

• Serve as a cross-functional project leader focused on enhancing profitability and efficiency • Drive strategic improvement and collaboration projects • Leverage data analysis, process evaluation, and performance metrics to optimize cash flow • Define and document reporting requirements; work with data engineering teams • Serve as the liaison between operations and data engineering • Use tools like Excel and Power BI to surface insights • Set and monitor key performance indicators • Conduct assessments of workflows and systems for inefficiencies • Apply advanced root cause analysis to uncover systemic issues • Lead the design and implementation of new processes • Develop and document future-state process designs • Build reporting to capture key performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Operations Management or related field • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified • 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or business consulting • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience in process documentation, requirements gathering, and workflow redesign • Ability to balance hands-on data work with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration • Change management and stakeholder facilitation experience
