• Handle incoming requests from VIP clients via messengers, chats, and email (using translation tools if needed) • Manage and set up personalized bonus offers based on templates • Analyze client activity and provide insights for VIP client management • Maintain and update VIP client database
• Native Ukrainian speaker • Previous experience in customer support (VIP/High-value clients is a plus) • Strong focus on results and ability to deliver under pressure • Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and processes • Good written communication skills • Nice to have: Analytical skills and experience working with data • Nice to have: Knowledge of CRM systems
