📋 Description

• Design landing pages, promo pages, and websites from scratch • Develop static and animated banners • Contribute to product design and user experience development • Create and maintain guidelines for brand books, digital books, and visual standards • Redesign existing projects in line with UI/UX principles and grid systems • Develop interactive prototypes and validate concepts • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to gather and refine interface requirements • Build and maintain design systems and UI kits • Conduct research in the field of UX/UI design • Participate in design approvals, UX concept demos, and project demo sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in the design industry • Strong portfolio showcasing design process and results • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layouts, constraints) • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design best practices • Understanding of usability and Human-Centered Design • Strong sense of style and mastery of modern web, mobile, and graphic design trends • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present designs to cross-functional teams • Knowledge of Nielsen Norman heuristics • Up-to-date awareness of industry trends and emerging design technologies • Extensive experience working with and scaling design systems • Nice to have: Experience with AI-driven tools for prototyping and design acceleration (Uizard, Galileo AI, MidJourney) • Nice to have: Understanding of how design impacts user metrics (conversion, engagement, retention) • Nice to have: Experience designing adaptive interfaces across multiple platforms with accessibility in mind
