📋 Description

• Location: Remote-first (EMEA preferred) • Industry: SaaS / Cloud • Compensation: Competitive base + bonus • Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering cloud-based tools used by engineering and DevOps teams around the world. • As they continue scaling their go-to-market operations across global markets, they are looking to hire a Head of Marketing to lead demand generation, positioning, and brand strategy. • Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the company’s marketing function across all channels Build and execute the go-to-market strategy to drive qualified pipeline and brand awareness Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on messaging and market positioning Lead a growing team of marketers, as well as external partners (agencies, contractors) Drive integrated campaigns across digital, content, paid media, events, and lifecycle marketing Define and report on key marketing metrics including lead generation, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI Oversee development of marketing assets including product messaging, case studies, and technical content Shape the narrative of the brand to resonate with a technical, product-savvy audience

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head or Lead level) • Proven experience in SaaS, dev tools, or adjacent B2B tech industries • Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing, with a bias toward demand generation and growth • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify technical concepts • Comfortable in high-growth, fast-moving environments with evolving go-to-market needs
