• Location: Remote-first (EMEA preferred) • Salary: Competitive + Bonus • Industry: SaaS / Cloud • Our client is an innovative SaaS company providing cloud-based solutions to development and engineering teams worldwide. • As they expand into new markets, they're seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new business in the mid-market and enterprise segments. • Key Responsibilities: Manage and support a team of Account Executives focused on full-cycle new business sales, Provide hands-on coaching around prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals, Own team-level performance metrics including quota attainment, win rates, and forecast accuracy, Collaborate with marketing and sales development to optimize lead quality and conversion, Partner with senior sales leadership to align territory strategy and growth plans, Build a high-performance sales culture through clear targets, accountability, and enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with 2+ years in a sales management or team lead role • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and SaaS sales cycles • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets • Excellent coaching, performance management, and sales process execution skills • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management best practices
