📋 Description

• Manage, lead & mentor our Platform Engineers • Design, build, manage and monitor the infrastructure of RoadRunner technology • Collaborate with product and engineering managers to define technical roadmaps and help guide our technology north star • Maintain current awareness of marketplace trends, both technical and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience in Platform engineering, Dev(Sec)Ops or related field of engineering • 3+ years experience as an engineering manager or team lead • Strong technical background in platform engineering, with hands-on experience in relevant or similar technologies (AWS services and ecosystem, Terraform, Docker, DataDog) • Experience building and managing web application infrastructure at scale. • Preferred experience in data engineering and application architecture • Preferred ML Ops experience, or otherwise willing to learn • Experience creating technical scopes, technical requirements documents and technical roadmaps. • The ability to communicate technical concepts and decisions to non-technical stakeholders. • Preferred experience hiring and growing an engineering team. • Experience overseeing and implementing technical processes such as pull request reviews, code coverage, continuous integration and deployment, and cloud platform management. • The ability to debug complex technical issues. • Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership.
