• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for both digital and print platforms. • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative concepts to life. • Ensure all design outputs are consistent with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines. • Develop layouts, illustrations, and campaign visuals that align with marketing and business goals. • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and techniques to produce fresh and innovative creative work. • Design marketing materials for digital ads, campaigns, and social media channels. • Create visual assets for websites, presentations, and internal communication. • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines across all media. • Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring high quality and accuracy. • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (required). • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or creative agency settings. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). • Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX and digital design workflows. • Understanding of motion graphics or basic animation principles (a plus). • Familiarity with social media ad formats and responsive digital design standards. • Knowledge of print production, color management, and file preparation for professional output. • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling ability. • Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
