• - Set Operations strategy for Hyperone digital business for superb customer experience enabling overall business growth • - Envision & Enable his/her operations team team to deliver annual compelling operations results • - Achieve annual cost saving targets through innovation, digitization & automation • - Keep OOS to minimal to enable business growth and customers' satisfaction • - Deliver the service level (on time delivery) agreed with Hyperone's digital business steering committee • - Increase fulfilment rate MoM as per agreed targets • - Lower cancellation rate MoM as per agreed targets related operations • - Agree on annual rebates/incentive programs with top vendors to enahnce gross margin through annual contracts • - Collaborate with Ecom commercial team to enable better operations planning • - Develop and maintain quality standards through SOPs across all fulfilment centers and their related last miles • - Reviewing P&L on monthly basis and find opportunities for growth whether through new revenue streams, or less COGs • - Reporting to E-commerce Director on monthly & quarterly basis detailed business results VS budgets and develop mitigation plans (if needed)
• - Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. • - Experience: Minimum of 10 years of overall business experience, including at least 2–3 years in e-commerce operations or digital business management. • - Industry Background: Experience in retail or grocery is mandatory. • - Marketplace Knowledge: Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Jumia, Noon, or similar platforms is preferred. • - Languages: Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken. • - Leadership: Proven experience managing large teams and driving operational performance. • - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies that optimize fulfilment, delivery, and customer experience. • - Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. • - Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on process accuracy and quality. • - Resilience: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high performance standards.
